picture vocabulary cards, coin manipulatives, Extension – Art- Have students create business cards for their business in Busy Town Music- various songs about earning money to familiar tunes (see teacher guide lesson 1-3 for examples) Pre and Post Assessments Administer Test 1 and Test 2 from “Financial Fitness for Life” program as a pre- and post-test to check for vocabulary understanding. Extension Activity- Have students choose a community helper and decide what work skills they have and what goods and services they produce.
